Each little circle is a set of eyeballs and shows where they are looking at that point in time.  The colors are in order of popularity. Red denotes maximum attention, then yellow, green and last blue, which shows the least attention given to the specific area of the page.  Where is your site listed?

Heat maps have been used by companies to show what draws the audiences eye.  Here is one that shows the same trend.

Now, this last image is one that is very controversial to Google as it shows that your sponsored ads that show up on the right side of the page may not be doing much good at all.  You be the judge.
